SUMMER ​CAMP ​24

1 on 1 Personal Training

Each camp session will have a ​maximum of 6 participitants. This ​allows our counselors the ability to ​work 1 on 1 daily.

Content Creation & ​Photoshoot

Each camper will have content ​creation sessions with our pro ​influencers. We also include a ​professionl photo shoot upon ​graduation.

GYMS

Our campus has a state of the art

gym. We will also do day trips to ​local gyms including Golds Gym and ​Warzone.

HOUSING

Room and board is included in each ​session. Our campus is located on a ​32 acre ranch.

MEAL PREPPING & NUTRITION

All food is included in the package. ​Meal prepping and nutrition will be ​built custom for each participant.

FIELD TRIP

Our last day of camp will be an ​adventure day boating up the ​Rainbow River.

MEET OUR ​COUNSELORS

CEDRIC MILLER

Originally from Louisville, KY ​Cedric is a four year army ​veteran and holds a degree in ​exercise physiology from The ​University of Louisville. He is a ​current IFBB Pro bodybuilder ​and NASM certified. He has ​coached eight nationally ​qualified competitors. Cedric ​now calls the Sunshine State ​home and he is a full time ​fitness coach and personal ​trainer.

OLIVER TAMPOSI

Born and raised in Florida, ​Oliver is a fitness influencer ​and ISSA certified personal ​trainer and nutritionist. He is ​currently competing at the ​national level as an amateur ​bodybuilder with the goal of ​becoming an IFBB pro.
